However, I'm about to turn 30, so rebuilding my bones will be a little bit harder (not impossible, though).<br /><br />At 22, you still have many years left in you! Subsequently I got my period back last October, however I got stressed in work again, eye of the ball and all, and lost 10lbs and my period along with it obviously! Back to square 1.
